Introduction of kettlebell:
The kettlebell is a traditional Russian training tool that has a history dating back almost 300 years. It has been used by many strong men and women of the past to for full body conditioning and fitness - with the goal of development of a body that is string yet atheletic.
In recent years, the kettlebell has gained a resurgence in popularity because of it's versatility and efficacy in delivering fitness results. The kettlebell can be seen in use by many professional athletes, martial arts, celebrities and average gym goers.
Finix is a martial arts gym, and kettlebell class is an additional class for all the Finixians to train and build up their power, strength, mobility, flexibility, stability and also cardio.
If you have joined kettlebell class for weeks or months, you should can feel the significant changes in Muaythai training like not so fatigue, out of gas easily, can punch harder and faster and also more stability in kicking. Also if you are in training for BJJ, you should have feel your grip on gi is stronger too.
