Bootcamp is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) usually include functional fitness.This is a great way to quick start weight loss and fitness.
Boxing
Boxing training involves with exercise such as footwork, punching, and evasion movements. Beneficial for muscle building, weight loss, and overall cardiovascular conditioning. Burns up to 800kcal per hour.
Kettlebell
